The company we are recruiting for can offer flexible working that fits around your schedule, and they have clients in need of your help across most of South Cumbria and North Lancashire. The ideal candidates will be able to offer exceptional care to their assigned clients, ensuring they are able to live a fulfilled and enriched life at home.
Responsbilities:
- Must have a DBS criminal record check
- Must have access to their own vehicle
- Must be a reliable and responsible person
- Must be willing to take a LFT test regularly, wear a mask while in the place of work and follow company procedure regarding Covid-19
- Must be 18+ years of age
- A level 2 Health and Social Care or on the pathway to a level 2 is preferable
Key Duties:
- Taking responsibility for the physical, emotional well being and social needs of the clients
- Safeguard the clients' dignity and individuality, whilst actively trying to ensure that their independence is limited to the least degree possible
Assisting in the day to day tasks for clients, including personal care
