We have an exciting new vacancy for an Accounts Assistant!
You would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the purchase ledger. You will work closely with the Assistant Management Accountant.
We are looking for someone who has;
▪ Experience in purchase ledger work
▪ Excellent communications skills
▪ Good Excel knowledge
▪ Ability to work to monthly deadlines
▪ Ability to deal with potentially complex reconciliations.
▪ Setting up new supplier accounts
▪ Monthly reconciliations of supplier and control accounts, along with bank statements
▪ Receiving, checking and paying all purchase invoices
▪ Preparing purchase summaries and expenditure analyses
▪ Reconciling Hotel Rezlynx information
